Magkano ang consultation?+
Starting at ₱500 per consult — depende sa doctor. Walang hidden fees. Makikita mo agad ang rate bago ka mag-book.
Legit ba ang mga doctors?+
Lahat ng doctors namin ay PRC-licensed at naka-verify ang credentials. We manually verify PRC license, PTR, and medical school diploma bago ma-approve.
Paano mag-rereseta ang doctor?+
Pwede mag-issue ng e-prescription ang doctor after ng consult. Digital prescription na pwedeng i-present sa pharmacy — compliant sa DOH Telemedicine guidelines.
Anong ibig sabihin ng 'Family Doctor'?+
Isang doctor para sa buong pamilya mo — alam na niya ang history ng bawat member. Hindi na kailangan mag-ulit-ulit ng kwento sa bago-bagong doctor.
Pwede ba video call at chat?+
Oo! Depende sa doctor — karamihan nag-ooffer ng video call at chat consultation. Piliin mo kung ano mas comfortable para sa'yo.
Secure ba ang data ko?+
Yes. End-to-end encrypted ang consultations at compliant kami sa Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Hindi kami nagbebenta ng data.
Paano kung emergency?+
Ang Hilom ay para sa non-emergency consultations. Kung may emergency, tumawag sa 911 o pumunta sa nearest hospital agad.
